100-Day Guarantee
How does the 100-day guarantee work?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer you a full refund minus the return shipping costs.
You can return products within 100 days of purchase without giving any reason.
Please note: As soon as a product is individually altered or customized – for example by painting or personalizing – it is considered a one-of-a-kind item and is therefore excluded from returns and the 100-day guarantee.
This also applies to items purchased as part of discount or special promotions.
Simply contact us by email with your order number at support@elfoyo.com to announce your return. You will receive the refund immediately after we receive the parcel.
Please make sure the product is unused and shipped in its original packaging.
How do I return a product?
Returning an item is very simple.
Important: Please inform our support at support@elfoyo.com before you send a return. This way we can correctly assign your return and ensure fast processing.
Also make sure your return goes to the correct address. You will find it in the first step of the instructions below.
The refund is issued within 24 hours after we receive your parcel.
1. Pack the items and label the parcel
Place the items in the parcel and seal it securely.
Write your address (sender) and our return address (recipient) clearly on the parcel.
2. Send the return
You can drop off the parcel at parcel shops or pickup stations of the major carriers.
Simply book a shipping label with tracking on site and keep the return receipt as proof.
3. Receive your refund
Check the tracking to see whether we have received your parcel.
As soon as it has arrived with us, you will receive your refund within 24 hours.
