How to request a refund or return
To start a refund or return, you must first contact our support team by email at support@elfoyo.com within 100 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will then confirm whether your request qualifies and, if a return is required, send you the return instructions and return address by email. Returns are only accepted after they have been requested and approved by our support team — please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
Eligibility for a refund
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must apply:
- Your request is submitted by email to support@elfoyo.com within 100 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- You have contacted our support team and received confirmation of your return.
- Any item we ask you to return is sent back within the timeframe we provide.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Not eligible for a refund
The following are not eligible under any circumstances:
- Requests submitted after the 100-day guarantee period has ended.
- Orders for which the 100-day period had already passed at the time of the request.
- Requests made outside the terms of this policy.
No exceptions are made beyond the 100-day money-back guarantee.
Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, we issue it to the original payment method used for your order. You will not be charged any fee for the refund itself. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
